Oregon Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation Announces Re-Elected Board Officers

Oregon Agriculture in the Classroom Foundation is pleased to announce the reappointment of Robin Galloway as President of the AITC Board for a second term. Robin is the Linn County 4-H Youth Development Agent for OSU Extension and has served on the board since 2001.

The newly reappointed Vice-President of the AITC Board is Elaine Shein, Executive Editor of the Capital Press.

Ellen Rawls, Credit Specialist, Farm Credit Services was reappointed to the position of Secretary and Aden Kuenzi, Certified Public Accountant, Kuenzi & Co. was named as board Treasurer for a second term.

Other board members reappointed for service include: Greg Thompson, Ag Education and General Ag, Oregon State University and Ed Armstrong, Tillamook School District.

The President's Award was given to Elaine Shein for her outstanding service to Oregon Agriculture in the Classroom. Elaine spearheaded the AITC High School Essay Contest and was instrumental in the success of the AITC Fall Harvest Dinner in October.
