This kit includes a video, leader guide, reproducible activity sheets, tips to healthy eating and physical activity and a food guide pyramid poster. This is a wonderful resource that uses the old food guide pyramid. Provided by the Oregon Beef Council, this kit will not be updated and is only available as a Free loan.
